QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Have good command of written and spoken English Language knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Analytical and decision making skills
  • Preferably have knowledge of SAP
  • Have good communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable to flexible working hours
  • No restriction to travel locally / internationally
  • Residing or able to reside in Kocaeli
  • Being an active driver

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Working with the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department
  • Managing the budget of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs monthly and annually
  • Following the in-department purchasing processes
  • Organize office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Assist with the preparation and management of company documents and reports
  • Carrying out works related to the Administrative Affairs Department (Security, Shuttle Bus Cafeteria, Cleaning etc.)
  • Following the in-department invoice approval and registration processes
  • Assist with the implementation and improvement of administrative procedures and systems
  • Organize social activities and events
