We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Executive with the following qualifications to work in the Human Resources Department of our global business partner operating in the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications:
• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering, Administrative Sciences, Mathematics or Statistics departments of universities,
• Having knowledge and experience of legal regulations, SGK practices and Labor Law,
• Competent in implementing and managing end-to-end Payroll and Personnel Affairs,
• Experienced in salary research, benefits and HR Analytics,
• Ability to follow digital innovations and adapt them to the business,
• Advanced analysis, reporting, planning and organization skills,
• Effective use of MS Office programs, advanced Excel knowledge.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting salary research, following sectoral trends by examining market analyses and supporting the establishment of a competitive salary policy,
• Ensuring the execution of legal processes related to official institutions and organizations (SGK, Ministry of Labor, Enforcement Offices and İŞKUR),
• Calculating and controlling payroll processes according to legal regulations and company procedures,
• Following up on legal processes that may arise in Human Resources processes,
• Following benefit policies, procedures and trends and guiding company policies,
• Managing the company’s labor budget, performing cost analyses related to salaries and benefits,
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
