We are looking for Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic, multicultural and multilingual organisation in Akzo Nobel.

Qualifications

·        Graduate degree from a university

·        Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in logistics, ideally in a multinational organization

·        Advanced level of English and Russian

·        Proficiency in MS Office applications, preferably with SAP ERP experience

·        Problem solver, customer focused, results driven and pro-active

·        Good communication skills

·        No military obligation for male candidates

Responsibilities

·        Management and follow up of customer orders within porfolio

·        Stock status follow up and related communication

·        Management of return acceptances

·        Export document submission

·        Intercompany import orders and process follow up
