QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Viking International, located in Turkey, seeks a full-time employee for the Directional Drilling Engineer and MWD Field Engineer position.

Position highlights:

• Responsible for all Directional Drilling Services related jobs in field.
• Preparing reports and filling out forms as required
• Performing duties and task assigned by the department management
• Ensure that the desired directional well path and target objectives are achieved
• Following Viking International Ltd’s QHSE and policies and procedures in order to create a safe working environment at all times.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of Petroleum Engineering , Geology or related discipline.
• Good command of English ( Reading, Speaking and Writing) , is a must.
• Directional drilling experience, or fresh graduated from related diciplines.
• Preferably experience with downhole drilling tools such as Jars, Shock Tools, etc and various types of drill bits, applications and limitations
• Preferably good knowledge with various types of Directional Wells, planning and handling during drilling.
• Good team worker and presentable.
• Willing to work hard, extended and irregular durations and in remote locations.
