We are a leading global FMCG company in Turkey and for our future development plans we are looking for Export Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing/International Business or other related field,,
- At least 10 years of experience in sales team manegement and distribütör management, preferably with experience in FMCG.
- At least 10 years of experience in international sales, market development and channel management preferably with experience in FMCG.
- Advanced knowledge in English and at least one other language , preferably French or Spanish.
- Experience of export processes in different regions of the World
- Effective planning, coordination, follow-up and reporting skills,
- Developed communication skills, confident in relationship development and representation skills,
- Strong leadership , negotiation and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to travel abroad to meet with clients and develop business relationships,
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
- Will be able to reside in Adana.
- JOB DESCRIPTION;
- Carry out business development and export sales activities of our various products to existing and new markets
- İdentifying new potential markets and customers , determining their needs, contributing to the selection of the most suitable product, preparing and presenting the offer;
- Manage Team lead sales support and sales support coordinator regarding priorities.
- Visiting existing customers in foreign markets,
- Preparation and timely submission of necessary managerial reports on targeted markets and customers.
- Will be able to develop customer portfolio and create new customers,
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
- Establishing and managing relationships with freight carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth operations
