Job Description:
We are looking for an Export Specialist Assistant to support our export operations. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking export processes, managing necessary documentation, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and ensure compliance with export-related documents.
- Track customs procedures and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely and error-free operations.
- Support sales strategies by working closely with modern sales channels.
- Manage correspondence with customers and ensure timely order deliveries.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute to improving export operations and optimizing costs.
- Support the company’s international market growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of relevant university departments (Business Administration, International Trade, etc.).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in export or international trade (preferred).
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to conduct international correspondence and meetings.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Team-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- No travel restrictions.
