Qualifications of Flying Chef:
-Min. 3 years of culinary experience in 5 star hotels, cruise ships or gourmet restaurants
-Min. high school, preferably culinary school graduate
-Fluency in both English and Turkish
-Good teamwork, communication and coordination skills
-Outgoing personality with a passion for service
-Knowledgeable in latest food and restaurant trends
-No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description of Flying Chef: Preparing, serving and presenting the food of Business Class passengers on flights of 8 hours or more on Turkish Airlines, as well as serving as a chef at special events and ground duties.
