We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner for a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer.
We would like to hire someone with a background working in global matrixed environments and experience who can oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with assigned business unit to provide strategic HR support and guidance and implement high-quality HR practices within the team,
- Support the implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives,
- Lead initiatives to drive performance management processes across the business, delivering feedback, ensuring alignment with organizational goals,
- Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure the right talent is hired with a focus on long-term retention and fit,
- Analyze workforce data, assess workforce needs to inform decision-making on headcount planning, role allocation, and workforce optimization,
- Develop and implement onboarding processes and measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs,
- Identify high-potential talent within the organization and create individualized development plans,
- Act as a resource or liaison to managers and associates to include directing associates or managers to the appropriate areas for resolution (e.g. Leave administrator, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll),
- Provide regular reports on HR metrics (turnover, employee satisfaction, performance) to track progress and support decision-making,
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders as needed to continuously keep the employer brand strong and attractive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory due to the multinational team structure,
- Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner in previous role(s),
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law,
- Ability to understand the local HR policies, labor code and common practices,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite,
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building abilities,
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment,
- Proficient skills in conflict resolution and negotiation,
- Analytical and goal oriented,
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
