Human Resources Specialist (Antalya)

We are looking for a "Human Resources Specialist" with the following qualifications to be assigned to the administrative staff of our company, which provides products, services and engineering solutions in the field of Lithium Battery technologies ;

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Job Description

The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for :

• Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Conducting new employee orientations and facilitating onboarding activities
• Processing mounthly payroll, tax calculations and deductions 
• Input HR based monthly, quarterly reports and contribute to prepare year-end financial statements
• Administering employee benefit programs and addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits
• Handling employee relations matters and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assisting with performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals
