Hybrid Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) with B2 English (m/f/d)
You love communicating with other people? Then apply as an English-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) at Foundever® and provide excellent customer service for Technology company.
Location: İstanbul-Kavacık/Hybrid (training and transition phase onsite, work remote)
Weekly hours: 40 h
Working hours: Mon - Fri between 08:00 AM and 6:30 PM, no weekends
Salary: Salary in Euros

Your new tasks:
- Advising our English and Turkish -speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
- Solving queries quickly and competently to increase customer satisfaction
- Processing and resolving customer complaints
- Building relationships with the new and existing customer base
- Adhering to the principles and values of our company
Your qualifications:
- Fluency in English (B2-level)
- Excellent customer service skills?
- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls?
- Previous customer service experience preferable?
- Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 6:00 PM) – no weekends!?
- Ability to work on owns initiative?
- Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
- Empathetic and socially competent personality
Requirements for working from home:
- Broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable)
- Internet connection with at least 16 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
- Quiet, lockable room with ergonomic workstation
- Residence in Turkiye
