Key Qualifications:

• Advanced MS Office skills with the ability to perform data analysis and reporting,
• Ability to communicate in both Turkish and English fluently to support client relationship,
• Strong communication skills to professionally manage customer relations and coordinate with stakeholders,
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities,
• Knowledge of import processes, customs regulations, or prior experience in the field is a plus,
• Ability to adapt to changing international trade regulations and update internal processes accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all import activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws,
• Develop and implement import strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and delivery timelines,
• Oversee and manage import processes, including customs procedures, logistics tracking, and documentation,
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers,
• Monitor changes in international trade regulations and update internal processes accordingly to ensure compliance,
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide solution-oriented support,
• Prepare and analyze import reports to track performance, optimize processes, and identify areas for improvement.
