JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting and assisting the International Franchise and Operations Department Team
• Organizing the investor meetings, taking the meeting notes and reporting
• Informing the Franchisees about all kinds of issues via telephone and email
• Collecting and reporting all kinds of needed data from Franchisees
• Receiving and following franchise applications and reporting to Franchise Manager
• Collecting monthly reports, the stock inventories and profit and loss statements of the Franchisee’s and reporting to Franchise Manager and Top Management
• Maintaining the process by following the customer complaints of the franchisees with the relevant departments
• Making travel programs of team members and arranging visas, flight tickets, hotel accommodation with the travel agency
• Making competitor analysis regularly
• Making the seasonal preparations with operations team and informing the franchisees in line with the yearly operations calendar
• Making the translations in written/verbal from English to Turkish – Turkish to English

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree from a reputable university ( Preferably graduated from English translation and interpretation, English language and literature departments of universities)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position
• Able to use in MS Office programs
• Able to work simultaneously on multiple tasks
• Presentable, proactive, self-disciplined and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure.
