IT Corporate Applications Specialist
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing the processes, applications, technology demands, needs, and projects of the departments under their scope.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (preferably Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Engineering, etc.).
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the retail sector), with expertise in business analysis, product ownership, project management, or related fields.
- Project Management: Proficient in project processes, with experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP), with knowledge and experience in corporate applications and platforms.
- Military Service: Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identifying and evaluating the process, application, and technology-related demands, needs, and projects of the assigned departments in line with the IT business partnership approach.
- Coordinating and fostering effective relationships and collaboration between internal/external suppliers and business units.
- Managing project and demand processes end-to-end and providing regular reports to business units.
- Identifying alternative solutions for requested products, conducting market research, and performing benchmarking analyses.
- Developing joint strategies with Information Technology and business unit leaders.
