Job Summary:
Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Officer to support and manage our IT systems. This role ensures the smooth operation of all hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

• Provide day-to-day IT support for all team members

• Monitor and implement IT security measures

• Work closely with other departments to understand and support their IT needs

• Keep up with technology trends and recommend system improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration

• Good understanding of IT systems, networking, and security

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Good communication skills to support non-technical users
