• University graduate
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel setting
• Having a good level of English, a second foreign language knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of MS Office applications and Opera program (Fidelio)
• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
• Superior communication skills
• Guest-oriented and able to work proactively
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills
