QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a graduate from vocational high schools, associate degree programs, or universities in Culinary Arts or Gastronomy,
• At least 5-8 years of experience in the field,
• Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred,
• Good command of English is preferred,
• Ability to follow global trends and innovations in the pastry field,
• Experienced in menu development and planning for restaurants,
• Holds certificates in mastery, hygiene and sanitation, and vocational training,
• Guest satisfaction-oriented,
• Strong communication skills and a team player,
• Emphasizes food safety and hygiene standards,
• Must be able to reside in Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the management of daily kitchen operations,
• Create, develop, and implement the pastry menu by following traditional and modern recipes,
• Plan the overall kitchen, identify material needs, and prepare necessary material and product order lists,
• Responsible for cost control, portioning, inventory, and quality control processes,
• Ensure that all operations (kitchen, preparation, storage) comply with hygiene, work, and food safety standards and procedures.
