JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Product Line Specialist III will design and implement a comprehensive product marketing cycle. In this role, you will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies incl new market entries (via several ways-investment, JV and/or M&A), estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out. Working w/product line management on long term strategies and implementation is in the scope.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Prepare and coordinate product introductions and updates.

· Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.

· Coordinate program planning with customers/third parties to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.

· Close connection w/sales, R&D, Supply chain teams to deliver results.

· Establish pricing system

· Plan, organize and coordinate assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.

· Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

· Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience ( Food Engineer +, or Chemical Eng w/food industry experience)

· Technical/Commercial expertise in cocoa/chocolate industry +

· Minimum of 3-4 years of related work experience (preferably in food industry and in cocoa/chocolate)

· Other minimum qualifications may apply

· Advanced English is must.
