We are looking for a Production and Maintanence Manager for our client in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, who manufactures various chemical products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments,

• 10+ years of experience in the production field, 

• Managerial experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, 

• Proficient in English, 

• Experience with SAP systems,

• Strong skills in team management, communication, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production and maintenance units of the factory and all processes within these units, 

• Managing production and maintenance activities within the framework of quality standards and efficiency targets, 

• Evaluating the key performance indicator (KPI) measurement system for production and maintenance activities, 

• Monitoring planned, periodic, and predictive maintenance practices, 

• Identifying investment needs related to the factory’s production and maintenance processes and preparing feasibility studies, 

• Ensuring the commissioning of machines and equipment acquired for the facility as a result of investments, in accordance with specifications and the work plan.
