The purpose of the job is managing the full scope of Production responsibilities and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives, maintaining and enhancing the organization’s production activities by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in production at iron & steel sector is a must, preferably in international companies. Experience at tube/pipe industry is a plus. To have stainless steel manufactuing background is a plus.
  
• Having knowledge and experince on ISO 45001, ISO 14001, 5S Standards
  
• Advanced Level English
  

Job Description

• Ensure the effective implementation of annual production plans with monthly updates.
• Control and analyze material and production costs and ensure that remedial actions are taken.
  
• Audit the implementation of production inspections, such as first piece inspection (FAI), self-inspection and in-process inspection.
  
• Develop and suggest suggestions for continuous improvement of the process for which s/he is responsible, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  
• Report the performance of the section’s activities to the department manager. Preparing monthly and annual activity reports.
  
• Ensure that the requirements of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and 5S standards are met in its subordinate section.
