General Qualifications and Job Description

Our company, a pioneer in the automotive aftermarket sector, has been operating in the automotive spare parts industry for 45 years. We are looking for a "Purchasing and Planning  Assistant Specialist " to join our team.

General Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduated from engineering faculties of universities,
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in supplier management,
  •  Preferably with experience in ERP programs,
  •  Able to use MS Office programs very well, 
  • Advanced analysis and problem solving skills,
  •  Strong communication skills
  • Good command of English,
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed,
  • Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul,
  • We are looking for a Purchasing and Planning Assistant Specialist.

Job Description:

  • Stock management of the products of the brand it is responsible for.
  •  Monitoring all processes from the acceptance of orders from suppliers to distribution centers to our customers. 
  • Checking the prices and stocks of products reaching Distribution Centers from suppliers. 
  • Conducting new supplier research for our existing products or new products.
  • Carrying out process monitoring and management of campaigns for the products for which he is responsible.
  • Annual purchasing and sales budgeting. 
  • Making supplier, manufacturer, customer and field visits.
  • Evaluating and resolving customer suggestions and complaints. 
  • Preparation of campaign plans.
  • Analyzing the market and sector and taking necessary actions when necessary.
