QUALIFICATIONS

• Having Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industry Engineer, Metallurgical & Material Engineer, Mechanical Engineer etc.)
• Having minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Engineer (control & assurance) in automotive industry  
• Maintain a broad knowledge of quality adjacent activities including Production, Production Control and Supply Chain 
• Having ability to work with all departments within the matrix organization system to achieve collective goals
• Able to develop policies and provides guidance for QA & QC department 
• Works with influence, team building and empowering approaches to motivate  in order to meet company expectations
• Being active in taking initiative or cooperating with relevant people by taking quick action to solve every problem
• Having Leadership skills to manage all quality issues and customer demands with both the customer and internal colleagues
• Having knowledge about Laboratory & Test Equipments 
• Having knowledge about ISO/TS 16949 (MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP) and ISO 9001
• Having knowledge about quality documentation such as Control Plan, Work instructions etc.
• Good written and spoken English communication skill is a must
