General Qualifications:

 BEST Transformer, founded in 1966 in Balıkesir, produces oil immersed distribution transformers, power transformers, cast resin transformers, reactors and mechanical components in its newly-built and modernised -design, production and testing departments.

 BEST, with its ever increasing customer portfolio and new references keeps growing to be a preferred brand in electromechanical sector for domestic and international markets.

 We search for “R&D Analysis Leader” to enrich our growing team.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Having min. 5 years transformers mechanical analysis, static and dynamic analysis, earthquake and fluid analysis experience.
• Good command of MS Office tools
• Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills.
• Living in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir

Jop Description:

• To perform static, modal, dynamic and thermal analyzes of transformers, to report each of them at least once during the project, to foresee possible problems
• To follow the developments related to their work and skills and to participate.
• To support the writing, execution and annual report processes of R&D center projects,
• to support the technical defense of patents.
