 DEVA is seeking for a Recruitment Specialist;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from related departments of universities,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at consulting firm,
• High self-awareness and learning agility,
• Ability to multi-task; pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility,
• Teamwork oriented,
• Fluency in spoken and written English,
• Proficiency in MS office programs,
• No obstacle for travel domestically,
• No military obligation for male candidates .

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible of all recruitment process such as; CV screening, phone interviews, face-to-face and online interviews, reference checking and hiring procedures, follow up onboarding process.
• Schedule the interviews for both HR and internal clients,
• Conducting interviews and prepare candidate reports,
• Preparing regular recruitment reports for HR and internal clients,
• Developing and maintaining a well-qualified candidate pool for future positions.
• Follow up onboarding process.
