Duties and Responsibilities

Cover all areas assigned to and ensures that the Residences cleanliness standards are maintained in all areas of responsibility.

Check all equipment and machines in assigned area at the beginning of shift. Report to Public area supervisor if there is any problem or deficiency.

Maintain the general upkeep of assigned section of Residential floors and public areas.

Responsible for all furniture moving, drapes up and down, shampooing, buffing and spot cleaning, window and mirror cleaning and high dusting.

Maintain the cleanliness of residential foyers and corridors, vacuuming, dusting of crown molding, millwork, baseboards and cleaning of all light fixtures including ceiling fixtures.

Keep residence entrances clean and tidy. Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays, transports trash and waste to disposal area regularly.

Check and replenish supplies in public areas (soap, toilet paper, etc.) and store resources according to health and safety guidelines.

Comply with health and safety rules and regulations while working.

Report all residential guests’ request like laundry service and other requests to HK Manager.

 

Requirements

Two years previous experience in housekeeping department within a hotel

Able to multi-task and be a team player

Professional appearance and grooming

Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
