Duties and Responsibilities

To demonstrate a pride in the workplace and a high level of commitment.
Demonstrates security conscious behaviours in respect of guests, colleagues and hotel property / welfare and reports suspicious circumstances to the Manager
Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests
To ensure that reservations are handled in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests courteously and efficiently
Set up tables as per the standard
To collect and update Guests’ database
To organize the menus for each service and ensure they are cleaned and in good condition, check menus stock level
To present menus and wine lists and also assist in service during meal period.
Collect daily newspaper and set up accordingly

Requirements

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Arabic, English and Turkish languages.
Demonstrates a high standard of verbal communication, social skills and up-selling skills.
Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in luxury environment.
Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
