Qualifications:

• Preferably a relevant diploma, internship, or training in Hospitality or restaurant management.

• At least 2 years of experience in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Computer skills, including MS Office and Micros system.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description:

• Prepare work schedules according to procedures.

• Create a healthy atmosphere where staff can work happily and with maximum efficiency.

• Fill out requisition forms for necessary materials from the warehouse.

• Check daily reservation status and take necessary actions according to reservation details.

• Conduct daily service meetings and ensure that the service staff’s information is correct and complete.

• Supervise the restaurant’s compliance with hygiene standards and legal regulations.

• Customer-oriented approach and high service quality understanding.
