Duties and Responsibilities

Display full knowledge of  food and beverage and dining venue offering

Assist in setting up tables for all meal periods

Be familiar with all billing procedures

To handle all restaurant relevant equipment

Attend all mandatory training sessions arranged by MO

Ensure correct quality, presentation and delivery of all dishes and drinks

Perform all administrative tasks designated to him/her by management

Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement

Requirements

Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury establishment 

Have a keen interest in food and the culinary ambitions of the establishment.

Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner

Have an in-depth knowledge of food and preparation 

Have a good knowledge of wine and beverages

Have excellent communication and organization skills 

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Turkish languages

Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
