We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for our business partner, which operates in the lifting and handling equipment, crane systems, and accessories sector, providing production, sales, marketing, distribution, after-sales services, field assembly, and periodic maintenance services

 

Job Description

  • Ensure the development and implementation of the company’s sales strategies
  • Lead the sales team in line with defined targets and enhance their performance
  • Oversee the creation of the sales budget and objectives, and track their progress
  • Manage the existing customer portfolio and facilitate the creation/expansion of a new customer portfolio
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, providing regular reports to the board of directors
  • Coordinate sales operations and ensure effective follow-up of the process
  • Conduct necessary research to increase market share and determine actions to be taken
  • Provide leadership for domestic and international organizations/events, managing the preparation processes

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Experienced in project-based companies engaged in machine manufacturing (must)
  • Experienced in international machinery sales processes (must)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English (must)
  • Preferably able to speak either German or Arabic
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales of project-based work
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Positive mindset and persuasive communication skills
  • Successful in interpersonal relations
  • Continuously self-improving, dynamic, and self-confident
