We are looking for a “Sales Operations Specialist” to join our dynamic and agile Sales Team in, Asia Side, İstanbul

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from preferably in Foreign Trade/ International Trade / Business Administration, Economics or equivalent from a reputable university
• Have knowledge of sales operation
• Analysis and reporting experience
• Advanced levels of MS Office programs

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible of registering and revising of the orders in system
• Following up orders and Inventory Planning permanently
• Providing information for our client about the delivery
• Able to communicate directly with clients on status of orders and payments
• Responsible for recording, acting upon and communication with the client on all complaints received
• Guarantee and monitoring smooth sales operations procedures
• Responsible of regular update for client information
• Responsible of documentation for sales operations
• Maintain the general filing system (hard & soft) for export operations
• Supply reports to sales and customers on open orders and inventory on hand (monthly, weekly, daily)
• Organize shipment for finished goods, follow up shipping materials status
