DATAKOM is looking for a team member as a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER to work in a dynamic work environment for a worldwide technology leader company.
Candidate is expected to have the skills, competencies and experience stated below:

QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
-Excellent English and Turkish language skills
-Experience on Generators Systems is preferable
-Experience on Energy Measurement and Remote Monitoring Systems is preferable
-Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
-Willingness to learn
-Strong in communication and team work
-No military obligation
-Maximum 35 years old
-Non smoker
-Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad
-Resident at Anatolian side of Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Helping customers solve technical issues
- Answering questions from customers
- Developing customer-facing documentation
- Communicating customer needs and wishes
- Visiting customers and project field
- Filing reports regarding product problems
- Researching technical issues
- Reviewing product change requests
- Learning about product updates and new technologies
- Participation in providing training to customers as required
